The production department for Welded Cages for piles, represents the largest production capacity installed in Romania in one place, up 7000 tons / year.
In the last three years we delivered in Romania over 12 000 tons of welded cages to various infrastructure, energy and civil
construction projects .
Production equipments are made by MEP Italy, type GAM 1500 (diameter)X12m and GAM1500 X 15m.
Cut & Bend concrete steel
Steel service center for stirrups and shaped bars is equipped with 15 different processing equipments reinforcing steel coils (Ø 6-16mm) and bars (ø 8-40 mm).
Capacity:
1200-1400 tons / month, program of work / in two shifts
Processing equipments are CNC machines produced by MEP - Italy, 2005-2009 generation, fully automated.
Reinforcement projects and statements received from clients are scheduled for production by our team of engineers, after optimization in terms of consumption, reducing losses .
Assembly of cut & bend elements in 3D structure
Complementary, we are equipped with necessary knowledge and experience to produce 3D structure based on customers demand.
Capacity:
up to 500-600 to / month, program of work / in two shifts;
The assembly process is controlled step by step, with the respect of customers technical documentation.
Regular optimization in terms of workload and steel consumption are performed by our technical team and proposed to customers.
All products delivered are labeled with a rigorous quality control.
